A few things to know before you get started:

Store Credit

  • Team members receive a SELCO Annual Credit each year, and additional store credits may be available through prizes, recognition, or other promotions.
  • To view your available store credit, sign in to your account and navigate to Profile > Payment Methods.

Returns & Exchanges

To start a return or exchange, submit a request through the Contact page.

A prepaid USPS return label and return instructions will be provided at no additional cost.

  • Once the returned item is received by McKenzie SewOn, exchange item(s) will be shipped based on current inventory availability.
  • Refunds for purchases made with a personal credit or debit card will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Purchases made with Store Credit will be refunded as Store Credit.

Shipping

At checkout, select either a SELCO location for free shipping or Ship to Home for a flat $10 shipping fee.

Ship to a SELCO Location (Free)

  • Team members working onsite should select their current branch or office location.
  • Team members working remotely in the Eugene/Springfield area should select Corporate HQ for pickup.
  • Team members working remotely in other regions should select a local branch for pickup.

You will be notified when your order is available for pickup.

Ship to Home ($10)

  • Select Ship to Home and enter your home address as the shipping address.

SELCO Steps Up T-Shirt

Team members may order one SELCO Steps Up volunteer T-shirt through SELCO Outfitters at no cost.

The SELCO Steps Up T-shirt is intended for volunteer activities, community events, and other SELCO-sponsored activities. To help ensure shirts remain available for all team members, SELCO provides one shirt per team member.
